Be your best this summer and get back into shape with Rock Your Fitness- lakeside! The Saratoga Springs Recreation Department is pleased to announce Rock Your Fitness Bootcamp Summer Series at the Waterfront Park.

Ages:16+ / 13-15 yr old allowed with a parent
Dates:FALL SESSION: Sept 14, Sept 21, Sept 28, Oct 5, Oct 12, Oct 17, Oct 24
Time:Wed 5:30pm - 6:15pm 
Location:Waterfront Park, Saratoga Lake
Need:Exercise mat, water, light (3-5 lbs) / medium weights (8-10 lbs)  and additional heavier ones (you are able to lift).

Our co-sponsored Bootcamp class encourages participants of all fitness levels to stretch physically (and mentally) to jumpstart their bodies back into shape after a long cold winter. Instructor will introduce all to a variety of fitness equipment which could include some or all of the following: TRX, Kettle bell, Medicine Balls, Slam Balls, Glides, Resistance bands, steps, plyo boxes, jump ropes, Battling ropes, agility cones, booty bands.


Rebecca Weyrauch is a certified fitness professional for over 20 years. Her certification and specialty training include AFAA Personal Trainer, AFFA Group Exercise Instructor, MAD Dog Athletics Spin Instructor, Specialty Training in TRX, Youth Fitness, Bootcamp Fitness, Senior Fitness and Nutrition Coaching.

Rebecca is passionate about helping her clients achieve their fitness and nutrition goals.  She truly helps her clients by giving them support, and accountability that will help them achieve their goals.  She works with her clients every step of the fitness journey, no matter a beginner, intermediate or advance exerciser.

Rebecca has a saying, "We all have to workout, so let's have some fitness fun while doing so!  Hate me now, love me later!"
