City of Saratoga Springs' Run, Bike, and/or Walk Special Events Permit Application
Application Fee is $50. If you are submitting an application for a run, bike, and/or walk event, you must submit your application and ALL of the required attachments no less than NINETY (90) days prior to your event to allow for review by the City and NYS Department of Transportation. Please note that first time and longer events take more time to plan, so event applications should be turned in early for proper consideration.
