City Council Meetings

City Council meetings are held in the third floor Music Hall in City Hall unless otherwise announced. Meetings are open to the public, and admission into the room will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The Ramp Door on the Broadway entrance to the building will be open for public access at 6:00 p.m. and earlier for special schedulesClick the link below to watch the meeting live.

Public Comment

There are two public comment periods during the City Council meetings. The in-person public comment period at 7pm is an opportunity for those physically present in City Hall at the City Council meetings to address the Council. There will be a second public comment period that is remote at the end of all City Council meetings reserved solely for members of the public who are viewing the meeting remotely.

Register to speak remotely 

To register to speak remotely at the second public comment period, please fill out the remote public comment form here available on days of City Council meetings from 9am to 2pm. Participants are required to submit their first and last name, the municipality they reside in and have their camera on when speaking remotely to the City Council. Once registered, you will receive further instruction via email.

If you are unable to attend the City Council meeting in-person or remotely, you may submit a comment for a City Council meeting by emailing public.comment@saratoga-springs.org.

If you would like to present on an issue relating to the City of Saratoga Springs, please fill out the presentation request form. Once the form is complete and submitted, the Mayor's Office will contact you with further information.
