Pumped Up Strength is a combination strength training and cardio program. This class provides multiple benefits including improving strength, increasing bone density, and reducing the risk of injury. There is also a cardio component that boosts metabolism and challenges a participant's body while working out to fun and energizing music. All levels of fitness are welcome; exercise cues and modifications will be provided during each class.
