Balletone is a cardio and strength program that combines dance, pilates, and fitness moves. This class is open to everyone 18 years and over at all levels of fitness. Dance away stress and gain strength and agility while moving to fun and motivating music! Exercise cues and modifications will be provided during each class.
Meet Your Instructor:
Marcy Fiet is a certified instructor in Barre, Balletone, Mat Pilates, and Pumped Up Strength and has been a group fitness instructor since 2018.
Her focus is wellness promotion and illness prevention through mindfulness, movement, and nutrition.
As a fitness instructor, Marcy integrates her health care expereince to help people realize their own unique strengths and provides them with the tools they need to optimize their own wellness.
Along with her career as a fitness instructor, Marcy is currently an Associate Professor of Nuring at Russell Sage College in Troy. She is also a registered nurse and certified nurse midwife with over two decades of experience working with women, families, and the community.
