Note: During the October 3, 2017 City Council Meeting, the City Council passed a motion with a 3/5 vote that the Saratoga Springs City Council will not approve the Charter Review Commission expense associated with the distribution of their materials, because the included financial disclosure statement is factually incorrect, and therefore considered advocacy instead of education.
