The Planning Department would like to share an update on our continued efforts to improve efficiency and increase information available to the public. As of March 26, 2018, the City of Saratoga Springs will accept web based digital submissions only for Site Plan Review. In the coming months, all Planning Board applications will be switching over to this new web based digital format, followed by the Design Review Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals.
The new Site Plan application is available here. Please read all instructions and prompts CAREFULLY, and complete as directed. Please note: All applicants will still be required to submit two hard copies of all application materials and the application fee to the Office of Planning and Economic Development in order for the submission to be considered complete.
