The MS4 Annual Report outlines the recent goals and achievements of the City’s Stormwater Management Program and is available for public review during which time comments can be submitted. The City’s Stormwater Management Program began in 2003 in conjunction with the NYSDEC and is designed to prevent stormwater pollution in order to protect local water bodies.
