[ARCHIVED] City Council to Resume In-Person Meetings

from-mayor

Beginning July 7, 2020, City Council meetings will resume in-person at the Recreation Center, 15 Vanderbilt Avenue in Saratoga Springs. COVID-19-related guidelines will be enforced, such as mandatory mask-wearing inside the Recreation Center and social distancing.

Because of the need to social distance with at least six feet of space in between people, seating in the City Council room will be limited to a first-come, first-serve basis. If you attend the meeting in-person, there will be a sign-in sheet at the entrance of the Recreation Center. Should you wish to have a public comment entered into the record, there will be a sign-up sheet inside the Recreation Center. City Staff will direct individuals from the parking lot or the lobby of the Recreation Center into the City Council room to participate in the public comment section of the agenda, and then city staff will escort individuals back out of the area.

If you are not able to attend in-person, the City Council meeting will, as always, be live-streamed on the City’s website: sararatoga-springs.org.

The Pre-Agenda City Council meeting scheduled for July 6, 2020, will be held via Zoom and will be live-streamed to the public on the City’s website.
