[ARCHIVED] 2021 Community Development Block Grant Sub-Grantee Application Available

CDBG Funding Opportunity

The Community Development Department is currently accepting sub-grantee applications for the 2021 CDBG Program Year. The 2021 Entitlement grant from the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development is expected to be approximately $308,705. Guidance and application materials are now available here on the City's website. Completed applications will be due to the Office of Community Development via online submission by 4:30 PM on Friday, March 5, 2021.

These funds are designed to assist activities that address community development needs as prioritized in the City’s 2020 Consolidated Plan, and that benefit persons of low and moderate income. Eligible activities may include public services, public facility improvements, affordable housing initiatives, construction and rehabilitation, and other federally eligible activities.
