At 6 pm, come and join Saratoga's all-American celebration with music by Big Sky Country band and more festivities outside the Saratoga Springs City Center on Ellsworth Jones Place. The performance is immediately followed by Fireworks on top of the City Center Parking Garage at 9 pm!🎉
